Bungee Jump
Whats not to love about bungee Climb 165 feet to the top of a crane, tie a bit of elastic round your ankles, and jump. Okay, its a bit more sophisticated than that, but this is still an experience strictly for daredevils and adrenaline junkies. Youll start off being helped into the bungee harness with thorough safety checks, before hopping in the crane lift and going up about 165 feet. Then after a few words of encouragement, and a few very deep breaths, its 1... 2... 3... bungee! Youll plummet towards the ground try to keep your eyes open! before the bungee rope reaches its return point and you ping back skywards. After a few more bounces, youll be gently lowered back to terra firma. All equipment and club membership are included, and if you want a dvd of yourself dangling upside down you can buy one for around £15.
