Originating in Japan, drifting involves manipulating vehicles sideways for as long as possible with style of course. Start with a full safety briefing before stepping into a purpose built Ford Rally Sport Trainer with an experienced instructor to learn clutch control, steering and braking techniques. Once you are comfortable with basic driving controls, youll be taught the skills of drifting, such as powersliding, handbrake turn and the specially named Scandinavian flick, Choku Dori and Feint Drift. Enjoy developing these newfound skills to increase precision and finesse and before you know it, youll be perfecting the kind of sideway slides seen in the movies! Receive marks on your overall car control and finish with a debrief and certificate presentation.
