The days are informative and very practical being filled with tips and tricks used in a professional environment. So whatever level of cookery skills you arrive with these will be greatly enhanced by the time you leave and hopefully inspire you to be a more confident cook. If you are very lucky Jean Christophe himself may put in an appearance, if his schedule permits. A course at the Novelli cookery school is never to be forgotten!
